  1. In these classes, we strictly follow the traditional ancient Indian Hatha & Ashtanga yoga systems which includes Asanas, Pranayama and a unique meditation process

  2. You will be able to develop strength, flexibility, concentration and release stress and muscle tension in the body

  3. The traditional meditation methods followed in the classes also help in relaxing and calming the mind bringing mindfulness and reducing anxiety and depression
